Veterama's opening hours:

Friday: 12:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Entry ONLY possible with a PREMIUM ticket/3-day ticket

Saturday: 8:30 am - 6:00 pm

Entry with a DAY ticket or COMBI ticket (Sat + Sun) + PREMIUM ticket

Sunday: 8:30 am - 4:00 pm

Entry with a DAY ticket + PREMIUM ticket

Tickets

Purchase your ticket on the day at the ticket office or make things easier for yourself and buy it online in advance.

If you book your ticket online, you can pay with a credit card (MasterCard and Visa) or via PayPal.

If you buy it at the ticket office on the day, please note that we only accept cash.

The Premium ticket (3-day ticket) also allows you entry on Friday (set-up day).

The Combi ticket is valid on Saturday and Sunday. This ticket can only be purchased at our ticket office.

A Day ticket can be used on either Saturday or Sunday. You can purchase it online or at the ticket office.

We offer free entry to children up to (and including) the age of 14!

Wheelchair users can obtain free entry for a person accompanying them.

Getting there via public transport

Hockenheim is easy to get to by train from either Karlsruhe or Mannheim. From the station, there is a shuttle bus that takes passengers to designated major events at the Hockenheimring. It takes around 30 minutes to walk to the Ring from the station. You can also take the City bus and get out at the Waldstraße/Friedhof bus stop (every day except Sunday, Saturday only until 2:00 pm). From here, it's only about another 500 m to the Ring.

Getting there by car

From the north:

A 6 Mannheim/Frankfurt, exit AS 29 "Schwetzingen/Hockenheim".

A 61 Coblenz/Cologne, exit AS 64 "Hockenheim", via the L 722 to Hockenheim, from Hockenheim follow the pictograms.

A 5 Heidelberg/Frankfurt, exit AS 39 "Walldorf", follow the signs via the B 39.

From the south:

A 5 Karlsruhe/Basel, exit AS 39 "Walldorf", follow the signs via the B 39.

A 6 Heilbronn/Stuttgart. At the "Walldorf" motorway intersection, take the A 5 in the direction of Heidelberg/Frankfurt. Take exit AS 39 "Walldorf", follow the signs via the B 39.

Parking

Visitors who have a disability should drive up to the main entrance. The Veterama stewards (wearing red jackets) or a member of our security staff will direct you to the relevant parking areas.

Cars

Please follow the signs when you arrive.

You can buy your parking permit on the day at the entrance to the car park.

Motorbikes

Please follow the signs when you arrive.

Motorbikes can park free of charge.

Camper vans and camping vehicles

Please follow the signs when you arrive.

Please note that we are not able to offer you a campsite with showers, toilets and electricity.

Camper vans and camping vehicles should park in the designated parking areas.

There are toilets and showers on the premises.

Food & drink

We are well set-up when it comes to providing food and drink.

There are catering tents where you can sit down and a number of different food trucks, offering a wide range of meals, snacks and drinks.
